Dear Tourist-
Yea, I know ... Beecher's is a tourist destination, and yes, it is rather exciting that they make cheese in the little glass room. They also happen to have a rather delicious grilled cheese sandwich, which I am currently eating and enjoying on my precious lunch-break at the counter.
Therefore, please refrain from leaning directly over me to get a better look, jabbing me in the back repeatedly with your huge-ass camera, jostling me while I'm bringing the sandwich to my face, and shouting at me (like I could possibly know) "what kind of cheese is that?!"
I don't know.
You know what I do know??
I know that I wish I could throw you in that huge vat of bubbling curds so that I may enjoy my lunch in peace.
